This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale. He/She has had temporary inoculations against distemper, parvo, lepto, para-influenza and hepatitis. The customer has a health guarantee extended to the close business in which to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian and is urged to do so. If the veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong with the puppy the money will be returned in full, at once, provided a letter from the veterinarian is offered as evidence of the puppy's illness, and the puppy is returned within the guarantee period. No refund will be made after this time.
The seller assumes no responsibility on this puppy as to medical expense, morality, landlord's disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of family, or for any reason after leaving the premises.
It is further understood and agreed that no warranty or representaion has been made with respect to the sold puppy except as set forth in writing in this agreement.
BUYER'S AGREEMENT
I have been advised that the stress of a new enviroment and the separation from other puppies can sometimes being out latent health problems in puppies.
Although rare, these problems usually occur in the first 48 hours. I am aware that the puppy I have purchased is a happy, active, and healthy puppy and should have a good stool and hearty appetite.
If this puppy stops easting and/or has a loose stool or becomes lethargic it MUST be returned to Dog Daze Kennel immediately for veterinary care or nursing. If I choose to take this puppy to the veterinarian of my choice for any reason other than the required veterinary check yp, I understand that Dog Daze Kennel is not responsiblefor any hospitalization or veterinary charges incurred.
I also understand that this puppy MUST be checked by a veterinarian within 72 hours of leaving Dog Daze Kennel. After the veterinary check I have a one year congenital guarantee.
If this puppy should die from natural causes or has to be euthanized for anything congenital it will be replaced free of charge with a puppy of equal value as soon as one is available.
Worms, Coccidia and Canine Cough are common puppy aliments.
